GENERAL

1. Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID-19 high risk countries?

• Starting from 30th January 2020 additional safety precautions are taken in order to avoid risk of 2019-nCoV.

• Sanitary authorities will check vessels, which called at ports of China or near China and than free pratique will be granted, if no sick persons, risks found. Otherwise vessel have to proceed at roads. In this case agent with sanitary authorities will visit vessel for inspection at roads, and than permission to call at port or other conclusion to be issued.

• All visitors from shore on board vessel should have and use disposable masks, gloves and shoes covers while on board. When disembark vessel such individual protection to be leaved on board and ships administration must to store it in place for hazardous waste.

• Removal of ship wastes will be possible after preliminary disinfection treatment only.

2. Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?

• Starting from 15th November 2020, foreign crew travelling via Ukrainian territory must hold valid Ukrainian visas upon arrival at the Ukrainian border.

Otherwise, they will not be permitted to board the plane and enter Ukrainian territory even for transit purposes.

2.1 Crew change permitted?

• Yes, but subject to restrictions.

• Foreign citizens can visit Ukraine without compulsory 2 weeks isolation with following conditions starting from 2nd July 2020:

1. Negative COVID-19 test result for the test that is conducted on arrival in Ukraine.

2. Insurance for COVID-19 treatment for the foreigner’s stay in Ukraine.

• No

3. Any other restrictions due to COVID-19?

• Government of Ukraine has extended COVID-19 restrictions, adaptive quarantine measures until January 2021. The government has also introduced an intensified quarantine from 8th January 2021 to 24th January 2021.
